Before you arrive
Before your appointment, we will email you a medical history form to complete. No other prep needed. Just show up. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s completely fine. We see it every day, and we’re genuinely good at making it better.
When you walk in
You’ll be greeted by name the second you walk in. Settle in, let us get you a drink, and just breathe. Whatever you need to feel comfortable, we’ll make it happen.
The waiting room
Honestly? Our patients turn up early on purpose. Good coffee, good music, a space that actually feels good to sit in. Think less ‘waiting room’, more ‘five minutes to chill before your appointment.’
In the chair
A good chat comes first. We want to get to know you, and you should get to know us. Once we’ve had a proper conversation, we’ll take a look, whether that’s your teeth, with any necessary X-rays and a full 3D scan using our iTero scanner, or a full aesthetic consultation with our plastic surgeon. Everything at your pace, nothing rushed.
A complete picture of you
We’ll explain exactly what we found, what it means, and what we’d suggest. If treatment is needed, we’ll build it around you and your goals, not just what’s clinical. You came to us for expert advice, and we’ll give it to you honestly, but this is always a two-way conversation.
